Welcome to our most exclusive Villa in Elviria Marbella. Our villa is fully renovated in 2022 and offers everything you can wish for. The villa is divided over 5 floors, connected by a lift (please note that the width of the door is 70cm). There are 7 large bedrooms and 7,5 luxury bathrooms. The bedrooms have wooden floors. All bedrooms have electric shutters. The villa is equipped with demotica, so with one button you can close all shutters and turn off all lights. The infinity pool, the home cinema, the gym and spa with sauna with infrared sauna heaters and the Turkish steam-bath complete the villa.

Living room
In the living room you will find an open plan kitchen with cooking island and bar, a lounge area with a 65" TV, a dining table for 12 persons and a relax area with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an interactive Side-by-Side fridge, oven, steam oven, microwave and plate heaters, a Sage espresso machine, Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, induction hot plate with build in extraction, 2 wine fridges, a Quooker with instant boiling water and food dispenser. Furthermore the kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials. Finally there is a professional juicer in place. The living room is connected by a 6 meter sliding door to give you direct access to the outdoor area.

Spacious bedrooms
In the villa you will find 7 large bedrooms, 6 with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have wooden floors, electric shutters and wardropes. The master bedroom offers sea view and has access to an amazing balcony to relax. The master bedroom offers a large walk-in wardrobe and you will enjoy the super kingsize (200x200cm) W-Hotel bed. The large master bathroom is equipped with 2 rain showers, a jacuzzi bathtub with sea view, a separate toilet and bidet. There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bedrooms and there are 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom.

Outdoor terrace
The tropical outdoor terrace offers a large infinity pool equipped with pool heating, automated Redox salt system and a cleaning robot. Furthermore the terrace offers an outdoor shower. The outdoor kitchen is covered and equipped with a fridge, sink and BBQ. The covered dining area offers place for 14 persons. On the terrace you will find the sun beds, hammock and lounge area to enjoy the good weather in Marbella.

Aside the tropical garden on the living floor, there is an additional area with sunloungers, next to the fruit garden, where you can pick you fresh fruit every day.

The relax level
On the lowest floor of the villa you will find everything to relax. A home cinema with 8 seats, a fully equipped gym and a Spa with Finish sauna (with infrared heaters) and Turkish steamroom.

Technology
The villa is equipped with the latest technology. Throughout the house there is audio streaming in almost all rooms. On each floor you find a touch screen to operate the systems in the house. All shutters and lights can be operated via the tablets or your phone. The 8 WiFi access-points throughout the villa guarantee you the best connection to the internet. Throughout the house, each room is equipped with Airzone airconditioning. The solar-panels contribute to a better environment and in the garage there is an electric car charger available for you.

Air-conditioning and heating
The apartment has a centralized air-conditioning throughout the entire apartment which functions as heating during the winter. The use of the air-conditioning is included in the price, though we expect you to use it fairly, close the doors when in use and always turn it off when leaving the villa.

Accessibility
Via the elevator you enter the apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment is on a single floor without any doorsteps, making it suitable for disabled guests. Though to access the balcony there is a step to take. To access the shower in the master bathroom a small step needs to be taken as well.

Parking
There are 2 parking spots available in the indoor garage and there are 2 parking spots on the driveway.

Security
For your safety the villa is equipped with an alarm system, camera system, a safe, secure doors&windows and shutters.

Pets
We do allow (small) pets free of charge upon request, under the condition that you leave the apartment "hair free". Also it is not allowed to have the pets on the furniture as well you cannot leave the pet alone in the villa or garden at any time.

Check-in and out time
The guaranteed check-in time is 16:00/4PM, in case of a same day check-out. We do our best to have the apartment ready for you as soon as possible and you always can drop off your luggage before. In case we have an in-between day, we can arrange an early check-in. The latest check-out time is 11:00/11AM, in case of a same day check-in. In case of an in-between day we can arrange a late check-out for you. If you wish a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out we recommend to book a day extra.

🛎️ NEW! Hotel service
Good news for our guests who want to enjoy the space and comfort of a private villa but want the service of a hotel! We now also offer extra services to our guests. These include private chefs, massages at home, live entertainment like Flamenco shows, etc. We also offer housekeeping service (€ 20 per hour), (daily) fresh towel service (€ 15 per day) and breakfast service (€ 35 per person per day). We are here for you and just tell us your wishes and we make sure you can enjoy your holidays to the max!

Also we can supply you a baby crib and highchair and beach towels. For longer stays we can arrange extra cleaning as well as fresh bedding upon request.

Elviria
Elviria is located on the east side of Marbella. This is the most central area between Malaga and Marbella. The nearest beaches (like Nikki beach and the Beach house) are just 5 minutes away. Marbella old town is 15 minutes away and Malaga 35 minutes away from the villa. A car is highly recommended.

Costa del Sol
The city of Malaga is beautiful with its historical old town and very glamorous Calle Larios with trendy shops, boutiques and the Picasso Museum. The picturesque Mountain Village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis is just 15-minute drive from the apartment. Equally close and ease to reach are the elegant port of Puerto Banus and Marbella with its active nightlife. For daytrips we recommend visting Roda, Estepona or Gibraltar. You can also visit Morocco, North Africa by taking the ferry acrossor travel to Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda with a few hours drive. For more adventurous or action you can visit Aquapark in Fuengirola, the children's theme park. Fuengirola Zoo is nearby and the Marine Wildlife Park. Located a couple of kilometres down the road is Puerto Cabopino, which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa del Sol and is a popular destination for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Some of the Coast’s most popular restaurants, such as Alberts and Giuseppes Pizzeria, are located here. Close by are the natural sand dunes at Cabopino, if you are looking for a beach resort with more facilities, then head in either direction, you will come to one of the popular destinations of Fuengirola (to the left) and Marbella (to the right), where you have great beaches, beach clubs and leisure facilities galore. There is a large choice of Golf Courses in the Calahonda area.

Climate
Marbella enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate with 300 days of sun, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable; temperatures average 32 ºC during the summer and an average of 18 ºC during the winter.

Getting around
It is highly recommended to rent a car.
